Disclaimer: Uplift is calculated as the extra net revenue generated compared to the same period last year. For example: if last year a room generated £1,000 and this year it generated £1,100, we charge 20% only on the additional £100 uplift. If the uplift is more than 10%, we charge 30% — again, only on the uplift portion. Please note: this model is usually not offered to hotels with a review score above 8.5, as such properties are already near optimal performance.
