Mistake 3: Parity & Distribution Gaps
When a wholesaler or another OTA undercuts your price, your main listing drops in sort and you lose direct margin. Parity drift also confuses guests and increases abandonment.

- Run a parity audit: search your dates on metasearch/OTAs and screenshot any undercuts.
- Close or restrict channels that routinely undercut; tighten geo or LOS rules where needed.
- Align fees and taxes across channels; inconsistent totals are treated like undercutting by guests.
